Bottem Legacy Ranch L.L.C., is a private facility, fully insured and fully operational. We emphasize, and insist on, safety first and safe practices for the better of people, animals and property. Oklahoma Equine Laws- Code of Oklahoma HB 1152, and Colorado Equine Laws- Code of Colorado 13-21-119 (when applicable) are in full effect at our facilities (both in Oklahoma and Colorado), and while youth, students and/or clients are engaged in any and/or all equine related activities, either while at our ranch, our Colorado property, and/or while participating in horse related activities off-site, specifically but not limited to, while in the charge of Bottem Legacy Ranch owners, trainers, guides and/or employees. Each individual must provide proof of personal health insurance, emergency contacts, complete necessary release forms and/or specific waivers to participate in any and all ranching or riding activities. Riding helmets are provided and are REQUIRED for trail riding. Long pants and closed toe shoes (preferably boots) are REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS! Tack and grooming supplies (for our horses), forms and waivers, riding helmets, and first aide are provided by Bottem Legacy Ranch at no extra charge. **We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time.
